By selecting YES below, indicates you have understand that shipping is not immediate (unless otherwise agreed with customer care) and you agree that your chosen plan will AUTO RENEW on the 15th of the relevant month unless you cancel before this date. You will receive a reminder the day before renewal will occur to your nominated email address giving you time to cancel before your renewal. Unless agreed upon by management, once renewal has occurred we will be unable to cancel your next shipments and unable to refund your payment. Sometimes we will ship alcohol or adult products in our crates so we need to make sure all parties are over the age of 18 years.
